The easiest thing is to talk to him and make friends before you start asking him out. Get to know him. Walk up and say "hi, my name is…and I was just wondering if you’d like to be my friend" or something like that. Don’t worry if you sound dorky.

Ask to borrow a pen, pencil, etc… then strike up a conversation
Just be yourself.
After/during class pretend you missed part of what the teacher was saying. Then ask him if you can see his notes or if he can tell you what the teacher said.
If you can continue the conversation, great! If not (because you are shy, or he’s in a hurry, or whatever) then wait until a couple days later.
In those couple days try to find out what he is into. What kind of music/movies/sports? Then after class, in a couple days, ask him a question about one of his interests. Guys love to talk about themselves and their interests. If you like some of the same things-you are golden.
Remember- you won’t catch his eye overnight. If you do, it may fizzle out very quickly. You want to become his friend first because if something happens, it will be more likely to last longer!
Have a friend softly push you tords him then if he helps you up then say "I am sorry" Keep smiling at him to show he that you are really pretty. The next day he should talk to you. He will ask you out or you ask him out. Then you will be together for a long time.
