My bf is very shy. He is my second bf and compared to my first he does not really do anything daring. I really like him and he really likes me. But everytime that I try to kiss him or hold his hand he walks off and it is hard for me to grab him. We have not gone out on a date yet since he is grounded for a while so really the only time I see him is about an 1 or 2 during school. Tomorrow is our one week and I really want to be closer to him and I really want to kiss him. He is about 6′3 and I am about 5′2 so their is a really big height difference between us. So I need tips on how to actually get him to look at me and kiss me. I also need tips on how to make it so he is more clingly since I really like him and really want to be closer to him. Any tips please and no rude comments. Also I am 17 and he is 15 or 16. Anyone can answer but please do answer with good tips.

Tip 1: give him some time to grow up.
Boys take a couple years longer to mature emotionally than girls. And he’s a year or two younger than you. So that means you’re probably three or four years more grown-up than he is.
And, at 6′3 and a teen, he’s probably very self-conscious and maybe awkward feeling; easily embarrassed.
Sounds like you’re really wanting to go for a relationship in a big way. Good for you.
Tip 2: back off just a bit, relax, don’t "grab" him.
Entice him, but stay close. Give him a reason to want to come to you. It’s not good for a man to be ‘clingy’ (not good for anyone actually), but he’ll be right there with you if he wants you.

You can’t just change someone. You can ask them to be so and so, but they might take it offensive and just shove you off.
Just talk to him more, make him more comfortable around you. You’ve only been dating for 1 week, I don’t blame the guy for being uneasy around you at that age. Just relax, and sit down with him, and just talk to him about random things. The more he feels connected with you, the more he will open up to you.
