I know you’re probably thinking this is creepy, but it’s not. He didn’t even know my age, and I didn’t even know his. He asked me out to dinner and a movie, and it was amazing. We’re coworkers, in fact, he’s technically my boss [a manager]. He kissed me goodnight [it was my first kiss], and I can’t get him out of my mind. He’s been texting me and we’re flirty at work but trying to keep it hush-hush so there is no gossip and all that. I want to make things more official, but also wait till I’m 18 (october) so there is no drama over illegality. He is such a gentleman, and I’m mature for my age. However, i’m not sure if there are some different rules to flirting with an older guy when I’m so used to teenagers! Any tips?

Ok well the first thing I would say is be careful — this guy could just be out for a booty call with you because you are young and inexperienced!
You probably have some pretty strong emotions going on in your head so just try to think about it from how say… your parents would see it (sounds cliche I know!!!) this way you won’t get hurt if things don’t work out.
Flirting is universal — age is no restriction — if you both consider it to be flirting then you are obviously doing it right… and you’ll both know when your doing it. It feels a little naughty hehe
Everything else aside, if you value your job, it would be a bad idea to date him. Manager and hourly workers make for very bad relationships, especially if a break-up were to happen.
