Okay, hey there, Shawn here, I’m having some trouble with a girl i like.

Here’s the scoop: I like this girl, who likes me as well. Her friend, basically played matchmaker for us and I asked her out on a date to the movies. She said yeah, lets see BOLT. Easy as cake done deal right? wrong.

A few days after i ask her out, i get a tip from my date’s sister’s bf, who’s hispanic, who said my date’s will try to manipulate me and mold me into the perfect boyfriend. I also heard that my date’s friend was racist, both she and her sister’s bf told me. When i asked her today, if she was racist she said no, only against hispanics because of what they’ve done to her in the past. But now, i’m upset with her and i kind of don’t believe her, she’s upset with me thinking like that, all the while the girl i like is really just trying to be the peacekeeper here.

I would really like to date her, because i really like her personality, and when she talked to me this morning about the shit that i was served on my plate this week, she kept asking if i was ok. She said she cared about me a lot.

Is it worth the trouble dating her, knowing her friend may or may not be manipulative and/or racist?
