How can I unsubscribe to a internet service that was spam I tried to delete many times for unlawful charges!
Illegally put on my credit card. I contacted credit card fraud dept. in Aug., but charges still going on as of today. I have unsubscribed each time it comes up, but to no avail. I have got to get out of this as I never signed up for it. A dating service that charges + a month & also charges .60 for "coaching" in conjunction with the dating charges. I am 67 yrs. and quite happy with my present iving arrangement.

To get rid of the nasty program that you obviously did not realize
was being installed on your computer, get the Malicious Software
Removal Tool from Microsoft, or buy a 3rd party software that is
made for doing this. You will have to do some shopping and ask
alot of questions. There are some shady operators out there that
lure you in to trying their "Free" service, only to download and install a program into your system that is very difficult to remove.
Once they’re in, they then try to entrap you into some kind of rediculous EULA time limit to notify them to "cancel". If you are
"late", then they say you are agreeing to pay some rediculous
rate. Thankfully, California has laws that protect consumers from these kinds of scams. First get rid of the program that is
stealing your credit card access,(or cancel the card); then go
after your money back if you have a case.
