what's the difference dating white guys versus asian?
hi, I’m an asian girl studying in england (2 months now). Since I got here I’ve been mixing with a lot of white people, and I noticed that they seem to have different expectations when it comes to dating and relationships. Im interested in dating white guys but I’ve onli ever dated asians so i’d like some info on what to expect and how to handle things.
e.g. 1. a guy asked if i’m a virgin, is it ok to say i am or do i hv to lie about it, coz my white girlfriends seem to find it really shocking? 2. how do i tell if a guy is genuinely interested or just trying to pick me up for sex? 3. if a guy has slept with like 3 girls in 2 weeks, is that normal? 4. if i kiss a guy in a club, will he be expecting anything else? 5. is there any difference flirting with white guys and asian guys? 6. if i date a white guy, will he definitely expect me to sleep with him, and soon?

the first two answers were thoroughly answered. i just want to add that you cant generalize things about a group of people, you need to analyze the situation based on an individual basis. there are some white guys out there just looking to hook with girls, but there are also some that want a genuine relationship, same holds true for asians, blacks, latinos, etc
you should do what you feel comfortable with regardless of what others think sex is a very personal thing for all cultures white and asian and yes some guys do act like what you are describing but not all guys and if you are not careful most guys will try and take advantage of you just remember to only do what you feel comfortable with never do things just to fit in it’s okay to be yourself you it’s okay to say no if he cares about you it will be okay
Firstly, no decent guy would ask if you’re a virgin unless you’re dating. That’s a personal question, and you don’t have to tell them anything. On the whole, white girls (one myself) seem to have a lot less respect for themselves, hence why they may find you being a virgin shocking – which is sad, really, because it’s your choice.
Secondly – if a guy is genuinely interested, he will wait until you are ready for sex and WON’T try and sleep with you on the first date!
Thirdly – if a guys has slept with three girls in two weeks, no, I would say that’s not normal. On average, people have something like 7 sexual partners in their lifetimes, so three in two weeks means he clearly just looking for sex. Plus he could have STDs or anything if he’s sleeping around, you never know if he’s using protection.
Four – it depends on the guy. Some guys might do, some guys won’t, although most might see it as something more than it is.
Five – I think Asian guys, on the whole, are more prepared to take things slowly and be more serious about a relationship. It’s a stereotype, yeah, but it’s what I’ve noticed.
Six – again, depends on the guy.

Now to the original question.
1. If a guy asks you in a public setting around, it is none of his business and very inappropriate
2. Guys usually like to look and stare. Sometimes they may smile at you. But don’t expect sex, they just maybe friendly.
3. Yes that is normal. However if those 3 girls are ugly or fat women, it means he is a loser.
4. Yes if you kiss him on the lips, you better be prepared to go all the way. Guys don’t like when girls play games. If you kiss on the cheek, you have no obligation.
5. Flirting is flirting. No difference. Just smile and act nice or sexy, but not dumb.
6. A hot girl should have sex with a guy on the first or second date ONLY if the guy is nice. And when we say "date" we mean formal. Just cause you casually when out for pizza with a guy, it does not mean you should have sex with him.
Also oral sex no condom is the best.
I can answer from the perspective of an Asian guy born and raised in white society (a "banana" if you will

3. Well, I think that’s normal for white guys. Most white guys here brag about how many girls they’ve slept with.
4. Yes, if you kiss him on the lips, he’ll probably read that as you’re willing to have sex with him. Don’t play around with people. If you’re not interested in sex, don’t lead him on or take advantage of his generosity like if he bought you some drinks or something. Honesty is the best policy vis a vis explaining what you are and are not looking for.
5. Yes, big difference. I’ve noticed between my Asian friends versus white friends, that the white guys put a lot of emphasis on looks. Usually they like girls who have light complexion, light hair, and of course large breasts. Taller and skinnier is also better than shorter and fatter. If you want to flirt with white guys, you’ll need to dress in a way that emphasizes these attributes. Asian guys usually like girls who have good grades and who will be a good mother. Having money is also a plus. I’ve also noticed that the white girls who were interested in me in college were more expressive in their flirting, whereas the Asian girls showed their emotions less obviously and so I could never tell exactly what they wanted. If you want to be successful in getting a white guy, you’ll have to be more direct than our usual Asian way of being quiet and reserved. White guys (and girls) don’t want to waste time guessing and reading your mind.
6. 99% chance yes. Almost all whites have sex before marriage. Most of them with many partners. My wife (also Asian) and I have only slept with each other, and I’ve noticed that our white friends find this unusual. In our culture it’s normal, but for whites it’s the opposite. If you want to have fun with white guys, be careful your reputation doesn’t get out because it will be harder to get married. Also, make sure you don’t get pregnant because then he’ll dump you. We know many whites who are single parents. About the sex thing, my wife said one of her white guy classmates expected sex by the second date and if he didn’t get it he would move on. I don’t know how common this is because I haven’t asked my white friends, but I don’t think it’s unusual. Just be really careful you don’t get pregnant. One of my brother-in-law’s roommates’ mom (Asian) had to raise him as a single mother because his dad (white) divorced her when he was really young. Also, one of my wife’s white guy classmates (a different one) dumped his girlfriend (Asian) after she got pregnant, so she also had to be a single mom. Oh, BTW, I forgot to mention that unlike Asian culture where the kids of divorced parents usually go with the dad, in white countries, the kids always go with the mom. The dad will usually be required to pay some money every month to the ex-wife for child support for his fraction of the cost for raising the child.
Concluding piece of advice:
If you’re only looking to date a white guy for fun, be careful not to get pregnant or get an STD as you will most likely be expected to have sex with him.
If you’re looking to date a white guy for marriage, make sure your previous reputation does not become public. Also, make sure you fully understand his culture, as you will have to adapt to his culture rather than his having to adapt to yours, unless he agrees to live in your native country. (I have a relative like that where my white uncle-in-law settled down in Shanghai, so he learned to speak Chinese and they actually speak both Chinese and English at home. I think he actually knows more vocabulary words in Chinese than me!)
